Do you sell or provide alcohol?

No. Due to Ohio liquor laws, you provide the alcohol and we serve it. We will help you figure out how much you'll need. We offer menu planning and we are great at estimating the amount you will need based on the guest count.

What do you provide as far as supplies?

We can provide all supplies or none, up to you what you want included. If we are providing everything but the alcohol, we would include mixers, ice, cups, straws, garnishes, beverage napkins, and all bar equipment needed.

Are you certified and insured?

Yes! we carry liquor and general liability insurance.

How many drink options can we pick?

2 signature cocktails, 1 of each type of liquor, max. of 4 beers, or 3 beers and 1 seltzer. Max. of 2 red and 2 white wines. This can be customized but generally, as the guest count gets higher, having too many options could slow down servicing guests and we want to be as efficient as possible so your event moves seamlessly. We also want to ensure all beverages are on ice which becomes challenging with a surplus of options.

do you offer custom cocktails/mocktails?

Absolutely! Any vision you have we will bring to life. We can also provide a customized menu of drinks for any occasion, if you would not like to pick your own we can work with you to build your dream menu.

does the mobile bar require access to power?

Yes! We will need access to an electric hook up. A water hook up is also preferred, if available, but not needed.

can you work with venues that have a liquor license?

Yes! we just can't buy the alcohol due to Ohio Laws. The host/venue must provide the liquor.

what space is required for the mobile bar?

We have a 6x12 trailer including the hitch - you will want to ensure there is plenty of room for guests to move comfortably around the trailer.

what if it rains?

The trailer does have some overhang for coverage in unpredicted weather, otherwise - we can move inside if able, if the weather becomes too bad. We can help come up with a game plan if the day calls for rain.

How far do you travel?

We service the Northeast, Ohio area - no more than two hours - located in Akron, OH. We charge a mileage fee after the first 30 miles at a cost of $1.50/mile. We will travel but must pay a lodging fee if over 2 hours.
